Best tacos in rockford! Alll of them! Chicken shrimp steak tacos are very well seasoned, and the cheese they use melts in ya mouth but the line can get very long.... just b patient... it's worth it
Went during lunch hour was busy. On of the best burritos I've had in awhile. Was made to order. Got green and red sauce, great flavor. Will add this place to my lunch stops when in rockford
Favorite tacos in Rockford. This place is a real gem offering large, delicious tacos at a reasonable price. Their tortilla chips and salsa are fantastic as well. I think this is also one of the nicer groceries in town as well. Everything is fronted and organized when you walk the aisles.
Good authentic tacos and everything else. I always get my Jalapenos for poppers there. Great size and I can get 25 to 40 for under 5. These in the photos were a bit larger than normal.
Steak burrito, hurrache (sandal), beans and rice,fresh chips! Restaurant is located to the rear of the store, tucked away that it reminded me of the outdoor restaurants in Mexico with awesome Mexican music that brings joy to your heart with excellent food, what more could you ask for!! The burrito is huge, 2 meals for this guy,and my friends hurrache is made with grilled shrimp lettuce, tomato, sour cream on a flat thick flat tortilla. This is a hidden gem in Rockford. #1 rated in my book, I'll be back to try another item soon!!!
People here are so nice. Great butchery! Also tortilla selection. Every time I come I have to go to the taqueria and get their shrimp tacos. Hands down they're the best I have had! I don't eat them anywhere else. Only hard thing is that the music is up a bit loud still. Makes it fun but distracts me from conversation and some shopping focus.
Amazing spot inside this grocery store! Both my steak burrito and elotes are some of the best, if not the outright best I've ever had. Can't wait to try more items. Even their sauce is fantastic. You can taste how it's all made with real care. I just can't say enough good about this food!
